It's not recommended as if some damage happens you will have mains leaking into the data wires. Interference due to induction might be there too. If you have to do it, put them next to each other in two separate conduits and use CAT 7 and make sure the shielding is grounded. Alternatively you can look at using a Poweline Ethernet adapter as well
