Most Spilt or Window Air-Conditioners doesn't have any fresh air intake at all! Shocking but it's true..!

Spilt and Window A/C will suck air from the room and make it cool and this happens every time when they work. But they don't bring any fresh air from outside (Mostly central Air-Conditioners will do that by means of separate ducting for fresh air)

We don't use these small Air-Conditioner for more than 8 hours without opening of any doors or windows, hence these Air-Conditioners doesn't have any fresh air intake system at all..!

These Air-Conditioners does have a purification system but it's only to purify contaminants in the air by means of filters, it doesn't make air any fresh (means no addition of oxygen).
