You can reduce the weight by eating fewer calories than your daily needs. Normally, a healthy adult male needs 2500 calories per day. so reduce that caloric intake. You will witness the weight reduction over the next few months. and you can try intermittant fasting that has proven results (that I have currently witnessed) and has reduced about 10kg within the past 6 months. It is slow progress, but much better than using surgical procedures.
