ලංකාවට ඩොලර් ගේන එල කොල්ලෙක්

interview එක්ක දැක්කා ගෙදරින් force කරා කියලා studies වලට
හොඳ පව්ල් පසුබිමකුත් තිබිලත් මේ පොර AL වත් කරන් නැති වෙන්න හේතුව මොකක් වෙන්න ඇතිද, බිස්නස් වලට බැහැලා තියෙන්නෙ නම් පස්සේ ඒකයි

ඊට පස්සේ jr. frontend dev විදියට SaaS කම්පනියකට ගියා
ඊටපස්සේ SE විදිහට Financial Services කම්පනියකට ගියා

A degree is still a basic requirement for certain levels in a company, but what really matters most are connections and experience.

Connections and experience can get you an interview, even if you don’t meet all the basic requirements, like having a degree.

After that, your experience and attitude will determine if you’re the best candidate for the role.

However, in some cases, a candidate might get the opportunity over a more qualified one simply because they happen to know someone in upper management and receive favoritism.

So, Connections matter,

Educational qualifications, work experience කොච්චර තිබුණත් company එකේ goals වලට ගැලපෙන්නෙ නැත්නම් ගන්නෙ නෑනෙ. ඒකට founder ට තිබුණ qualifications සම්බන්ධයක් නෑ.
Tesla, SpaceX වලට ගන්න සමහර අයට Elon තරම් qualifications නෑ සමහර අයට ඊට වඩා ගොඩක් qualifications, experience තියෙනවා. කොච්චරකල් ඒකෙ ඉන්න පුලුවන්ද තීරණය වෙන්නෙ Elon ට තියෙන goals වලට ඒවයි වැඩකරන අයගෙ goals කොච්චර ගැලපෙනවාද කියන එක මත. Work life balance එක priority කරගෙන ඒවාට ගියොත් වැඩිකාලයක් ඉන්න බෑ, හැබැයි "future should look like the future" කියලා හිතන ඇත්තටම ඒකට දෙයක් කරන්න ඕනි කියලා හිතන අය අවු 15-20 ඉන්නවා.

මට මතක විදියට භානුකට තිබුණ ලෙඩකට බෙහෙත්වලට ගොඩක් වියදම් හින්දා ඒකෙන් ගොඩ එන්න ගත්ත උත්සහය තමයි අද ඔතනට එන්න මූලික වෙලා තියෙන්නෙ. පවුල් පසුබිම, සහජ හැකියාව, කැපවීම, වාසනාව ඔය ඔක්කොම හේතු වෙන්න ඇති. කොහොම වුණත් ලංකාව වගේ රටක ඉඳලා ඔය තැනට ආපු එක නියම වැඩක්
