Thanks. Already listened to the first video. Almost everything is logical and compatible with what i know/learnt so far. But one question: He explains Aniccha as something not being according to your liking (kamathi widihata nopawathema). Heard this many many times from other monks too. Our standard definition for aniccha is impermanent (anithyai). So he takes an example of a triangle (a triangle has 3 bases) and four noble truth and says for example the four noble truth and the # of bases of a triangle never changes so impermanent meaning does not work there, so the standard definition is not right for aniccha..
I agree with that because #bases of a triangle and the four noble truth are not impermanent coz they never changes. So how does the new definition (things not being as you like) work with those two examples? something like # of bases of a triangle does not stays as you like? or the 4 noble truth doesnt stays as you like?.. this is bit a confusing to me. It will be a great help if you can give some insight about this. Thanks again! Please type in sinhala font since you can (it is better to understand that way). I can't thats why i typed like this. Sorry about that.
