theres a good lecturer in ICBT named Mrs Jayasooriya. Callup and join her cls...6 sundays....shes superb... and the rest is upon u...find cambridge ielts book series of 9 books and do it everyday...its not about english its about practice...do atleast 1 fullexam paper everyday...do all the books atleast 3-4 times until you gain 37 or 38 marks out of 40 for the listening and reading...then u r done....for writing, go and get the membership of british council library membership and refer books...there are whole lot of books....write atleast 2-3 essays letters everyday....and show it to the lecturer...she will mark them for u....thats how i got thru....first time i got 8.5, 7.5, 7.5 and 6.5 without studying a shit...then i did the exam and failed 2 times to gain the each band 7...the 2 tims i did failed also i didnt studied a shit coz i believed my english was good enough to tackle the exam.....anyway best of luck, pull your socks up and start it
