She got shot when she was sitting that much is clear coz look at the height of the blood stain on the wall from the floor.It suggests dat she got shot when she was sitting on that stool.And before getting shot she had been writing a letter with her glasses on the table so most probably she would have been writing her suicide letter there.Also she's got a gun on her right hand which can be assumed as the murder weapon.And she probably would have shot through her mouth proving the bloodstain on the wall to be right behind her......
