There are other ppl living in the close proximity macho.But I don't think that they are staying at home 24/7 so they might not be feeling this as much as I am and also a lot of these neighbors are villains

අපි මේපැත්තට ආවෙ ලඟදි මචෝ මේක ගමක්.ඔක්කොම නෑදෑයො සෙට් එකක් තමයි එකට එකට ඉන්නෙ. 15පර්ච් ඉඩමක් එක්ක තට්ටු දෙකේ ගෙයක් ලක්ෂ 60කට හම්බුවුනේ. මේ ගෙදර හදල තියෙන්නෙ කොරිය ඉඳල ආපු කපල් එකක් උන් අඩු ගානට අපිට මේක දීල ගියා දැන් තේරෙනව මොකද කියල..........

nope not yet, I suspect this is external cause I hear this only when Im home..........

Oh.. Take a break. Go somewhere for a week. High frequency you hear can be quite intermittent. It can be a precursor to some underlying health issue. So you got to eliminate whether it's your environment or something else that causes it. That's the most logical approach.
(What you hear is not exactly what your auditory system picks up, like as in a microphone. It's the brain that interprets the signal)
