Nope. the problem occurs not because farmers are not that smart of farming. because they are. harvesting is not that easier when it's fucked up with rain and heat. the solution is to take care of them, not to throw them out. if the government is got that ability to buy rice in a higher price without giving more than 50% to the the middle level marketers, farmers may have been doing it so great. so please shut your fucking mouth.
