Also,in that case, 50% of woman's income should be owned by her husband, shouldn't it? Then why the woman don't need to pay a settlement fee to the husband?

Yes, I've heard it. What I wanted to know is when the woman is required to pay the man, because I haven't seen such a case where the woman (the wife) is ordered to pay husband the divorce settlement,
