Let's say the laptop was 100.00 initially. Then after the first discount, the price is 90.00. Subsequently after the second 10% discount the price will be 81.00 (take 9.00 off the price)

Now you want the price to be 100.00 again. so need to increase by 100.00 - 81.00 = 19.00

Therefore, The Percentage Increase= ((Final Value−Starting Value)/ Starting Value) × 100 = (100.00 - 81.00)/81.00 = 23.46
