This is a simple calculation.
You pay 2.2*10 = 22m
They give you = 4+6+10+ bonus= 20m+bonus
So, forgetting all the medical/death benefits, your net profit will be (Bonus-2) millions.
Let's take the example of 10mil bonus. Then your net profit will be 8 mil after 10 years.
I updated here the calculation for an yearly contribution to a FD (6% AER).
This is what it will look like, If you invest 2.2 million each year for 10 years. Of course this assumes, that FD rate stays at 6% for each year.
Here you get a net profit of 8.74 million too.
So to summarize, assuming the current rates, you will have to get at least 11 million bonus at the end of the 10 years to be more profitable than a FD.

IMO, putting your growth rate in the hands of a "bonus", which is not agreed upon in the contact, and under the sole discretionary of the insurance company is bit riskier. However, if you plan to invest here targeting medical/death benefits, the story could be different.
