demonoid is not considered a Private tracker, its a semi private tracker, plus you cant actually ask for the best private tracker because there are trackers that are specialized for different things, like for Audio download the best tracker is what.cd, for tv its probably tvtorrentz, a good general private tracker is IPtorrents, anyways they are really hard to get in to.
