Dear All....


Sometime back i myself had a similar problem. when I tried to contact customer care, I could not do so. So I wrote a letter to the top management (In Sinhala.)

I posted the letter under registered cover and after four working days I got so many responses and my problem was solved.

(My sinhala writing is somewhat good and up to the point and fairly legal type.. And I my normal voice is also commanding.. All in all i get my work done since i made a complaint in writing to the top management stating that customer is not working)

Mate is it possible for you to share the details of your Letter with this forum please ? it would be really helpful in many ways, apart from just Mobitel SP, there are many Content Charge types which popup each and everyday from different 3rd party companies.
