රැකියාවක් හෝයන අපිට ආනාගතේට............






මං මෙ Thread එක දාන්නේ කාටාත් වැදගත් වෙයි කියලා හිතලා.අපි කව්රුත් හෝඳ job හෝයනවා හොඳ salary ඒකක් තියන.දැන් අද වෙනකෝට ලෝකේ දියුනුවත් සමඟ රැකියා වැඞි අද වෙනකොට.උදා-IT FIELD ඒකෙ එමටයි JOB මං හරි නෙද? JAVA,CISCO,NETWORKING,SOFTWARE පැත්තෙන් ගත්තාම JOB VACANCY පිරිලා. අපේ එළකීරි යලුවෝත් දැනටමත් JOB හෝයනවා ඇති හති දාගේන.ඉතින් මං මෙ THREAD එක දැම්මෙ ඔගේල්ලන්ගෙන් දෙයක් දැනගැනිමටයි.මෙක අපේ එළකීරි යලුවන්ටත් වැදගත් වෙයි කියලා හිතනවා.කෙලින්ම කාරෙනෙට බහිමුකෝ.මම තමත් JOB එකක් හෝයනවා IT FILED ඒකේ ඉතින් මං බලන්නේ Networking පැත්තෙන් ඒ පැත්තෙන් ලෝකු ඉල්ලුමක් තියනවානේ.ඉතින් මගේ ඉලක්කය Networking engineering කෙනෙක් වෙන්න ඒක මගේ ලොකු අසවාක් යලුවනේ.මම දැනට networking engineering course එකක් කරලා නැ.ඉතින් මට දැනගන්න ඔන මෙ පැත්තෙන් යන්නනම් මම කරන්න ඕන courses මෝනවද කියලා දැනගන්නයි.මම කැමතියි මෙ ගැන සම්පුර්ණ විස්තරයක් කියලා දෙනවනම්.මට කරන ලෝකු උදව්වක් යාලුවනේ.මං වගේ මෙ ගැන බලාපෝරොත්තුවෙන් ඉන්න අයටත් වැදගත් වෙයි මෙ tread එක.එළකීරි ඒකේ ඉන්න it filead ඒකේ
ඉන්න අයගේ අදහස් ගෝඩාක් වැදගත් මෙතනදි.හැමෝගෙම අදහස් මං

01. CONSULTANT – COSMETIC

Applications are invited for the post of professional consultant in the field of cosmetic manufacturing purely on contractual basis. You will need to be very confident, outgoing character with handle on experience in formulating personal care products.

Selected person will be responsible for support up the R&D team for product & process development.

02. PRODUCTION MANAGER

The ideal candidate should be Engineering or a science graduate with at least 3 years experience in the manufacture industry in a similar capacity. Those who have worked in biscuit/ confectionery industry would carry an added advantage. A high standard of managerial skills and technical knowledge is expected from the candidates.

03. MANAGER – R&D

We will be extremely happy if we can win over a “lab – coholic” with minimum five years experience, a substantial part of which should be in the field of cosmetics. The candidate will be a science graduate preferably with post graduate qualifications.
The recruit will have to work in our cosmetic factory Millaniya, Bandragama.

04. MICROBIOLOGIST

The ideal candidate should be a microbiologist graduate or a science graduate preferably with experience in the field of Microbiology. Those exposed to the field of cosmetics will be an added advantage.
