Shweta Saraf (Software Engineer, Cisco Engineering)
Speaker Bio: Shweta is an innovative and dynamic software engineer currently working in Connected Mobile Experiences team at Cisco Systems. She currently leads her team to deliver top class Wireless Security products. Shweta is a certified Scrum Master and loves organizing Hackathons at Cisco. She is passionate about encouraging young girls to take up STEM careers and has mentored new hires. She is the Chairperson for Women in Science & Engineering at Cisco. Shweta has secured her Masters in Electrical Engineering from University of Southern California. Shweta loves photography and running and speaks 7 languages including C++ and Java.
Natasha Taymourian (Network Consulting Engineer, Cisco Advanced Services)

Speaker Bio: Natasha is a fellow Girl Geek, attending BAGGD’s for over a year. She was selected to join Cisco’s Associate Network Consulting Engineer Program – aimed at cultivating recent graduates into strong technical professionals. As an NCE, she consults Cisco customers from various verticals on network routing and switching leading practices. She has traveled to many customer sites in exciting places – including Hawaii, Germany, Boston & NYC!
Studying Management Information Systems in her undergrad, Natasha transitioned into a technical engineering role through the vast amount of training resources and opportunities available at Cisco Systems. She believes “If you can dream it, you can do it here at Cisco”. Natasha enjoys filling up her passport with stamps. She just returned from backpacking Europe!
Archana Kamath (Software Engineer, Cisco Engineering)

Speaker Bio: Archana is a software engineer working in the Data Center group at Cisco Systems. She has been with Cisco for over 5 years. A total geek at heart, Archana is a quintessential C programmer and loves to tackle complex system design and coding challenges. She is also a big proponent of code quality and coding the right way. Archana is passionate about Women in Technology initiatives and is the lead for the San Jose Chapter of Women in Science and Engineering(WISE) Group at Cisco. She completed her Masters in Electrical Engineering from Penn State and loves to visit her school to encourage more girls to take up STEM careers.
Archana spends her free time travelling and training in classical Indian dancing.
