Economic growth requires correct policy making. Have some capitalist examples from Chinese who inspired the low self esteemed carders. China didn't succeed as an economic power during Mao Zedong's time. It happened during the time of Deng Xiaoping who made proper capitalist reforms to the Chinese economy.

• Agriculture was organized into People's Communes during Maoist period where land and resources were collectively owned and the profits were shared equally among everyone. Nobody was making a real commitment since everyone was paid equally. DX changed this to HRS(Household Responsibility System) where farmers got to keep the surplus which led them to think work more, earn more.
• SOE's were decentralized and private sector was allowed to get involved in the economic activities.
• Introducing of Open door policy and establishing Special Economic Zones (SEZs). During Mao's time, economy was closed to the outside world and foreign investments were banned from entering into the Chinese market. DX let them come into the country. With that, the economy was liberalized and china got integrated with the global economy which created more opportunities to the Chinese people.

Above are some few points to define how "fucking Diyunuwa" happens. It all requires policy making. And, it will be boring for most of the Sinhalese to see. Because such developments take time and nothing that could kick adrenaline to Sinhalese brains won't happen with such changes.
