Did we have a web that measured success of other things such as
1. war on terrorism
2.effectiveness of government service
3.how we dealt with Tsunami
4.how we dealt JVP insurrection in 71 and 89
5.how we dealt with other issues ....
It is clear that unless WHO or a reputed research organization such as a recognized university (In China, UK, US and EU all recognize impartially) we cannot rely on such websites .
But it is hard to convince our blind media including social media
This does not mean our efforts were bad but simply the ranking is wrong. May be we are better or even worse!
