මට බය වෙන එකකට apply කරල select වෙන්නෙ නැතුව දැන් ඉන්න company එකෙන් දැනගත්තොත් මම යන්න හදනව කියල මට දෙකම නැති වෙන scene එකක් තියෙන්නෙ.

වෙන ඒවගෙ interview යද්දි කලින් හිටපු company එක contact කරනවද මගෙ ගැන අහන්න? එහෙම අහන්නෙ නැත්තම් දැනගන්න විදිහක් නෑ. හිතාගන්න බැරුව ඉන්නෙ මොකද කරන්නෙ කියල.

Depends on the company culture machan. Try to do it discreetly. May be apply for 2 or 3 positions so that you have a better chance of landing a job. At some point the news will be out, it is a very small community. So just be prepared for everything.

Depends on the company culture machan. Try to do it discreetly. May be apply for 2 or 3 positions so that you have a better chance of landing a job. At some point the news will be out, it is a very small community. So just be prepared for everything.

Not like that. I can see my future from the employees who is already working in there. They can't even apply for a another company becuase of the technologies company use.

but if your work life balance is okay, then just take time and rethink. Because you can move to the ideal job if you take time.
But just apply for places and see your value.

If you are joining to a good company, usually they are not calling to your old company. So in my view, it shouldn't be a problem. For me, it wasn't happen

Work life balance is totally not okay. Everyday I have to work extra hours and even in weekend. I know this is common if there's a release process going on. But in here it's not only that.

Previous workplaces i went for interviews in secret because if they get a clue, they will negotiate a lot give more and more carrots and convince me to stay They already do that when we gave resignation but before that we may get emotional and stay

Anyway try to stay 1 year atleast. Also just think about company culture and workload. Some may pay alot but workload is very high

Its very hardly they will get that information. If the get it its not about probation its about you. Even though you are in probation no one would fire you right away, specially you may work on something and suddenly transferring that to someone is difficult. If you are a really good one, whenever they know you are leaving they will try make you permanent and may increase the salary scales

This is the behavior of most of the companies.
