Not only chandimal bt also thirimanne n mathews nt consistent.in my view currently ashan z competing for alrounder position in d team thats no7 spot in 50 over n no 6 in test.thats against thisara n aharoof if we consider 2015 wc.chandimal might losse his spot to genuine batter may b to kithruwan or sm one else.mathews currently not possesing threat f exclusion coz he z d captain.

I think Niroshan Dickwella is better than Chandimal.I don't know what has come over DC. He was a good opening batsman during school time.Now he is slogging and get out for cheap.Our batting couch should be responsible for that as well.It is a good sign if both Priyanjan and Kithruwan show their colours form the bottom of their heart in nor time DC and LT will have to warm the benches.

Chandimal is jst one of the rare talents. I believe he is the most talented among the bunch of youngstars emrging, Dickwella too is a genuine batsman.But i guess he must be exposed a bit more to the international level ,may be through team A.
The problem even i believe is with the batting coach... cz in the meantime of his reign SL hasnt even managed a test inngs total above 500 more than once or twice.the only time i remember was in a great batting pitch and against Bangladesh. It's sad to see Atapattu is getting extension in the job and again being recommended to the post of the chief Coach! Bt i do believe he ws the cz for the present situation with Chandi and Mathews as well.Even Mahela is not finding his touch as he used to be.

Basic error tht both. Chandi n thri r doing z playing too many dot balls in first 20 balls they r facing .they r nt big hitters who can catchup them quickly .after 30 odd balls they hv around 10 12 runs n feel d pressure big shot attempts n get caught.guys like misbah n dhoni plays too many dot balla too bt thy catch them up with big hits
