It doesn't matter even if you give him 200 of chances. OK what will you say if Thirimanne bat at no 8? Can he average what he averages now? Would it be possible to make the type of hundreds he already made? What grabbing from both hands are we talking here? So is Kapugedara suppose to grab from both hands and make a hundred even if he was given to bat at no 10?

Well... Well... dude first of all you can't compare those two players (thirimanne and Kapugedara) both of them are two different players with different techniques and I'm not just talking about yesterday's match, I'm talking about the entire series here, now take a look at the first ODI game, he had all the time in this world to make an impact, but what did he do? simply "NOTHING", do you remember how well Kulasekara played with Siriwardane? if kulasekara could do it why not Kapugera? that's what i meant by "When he gets the chance he has to grab it with both hands"... Now let's take a look at the second match... let me ask you again, what did he do ? again "NOTHING"...after all these years out of the team it seems he hasn't learnt a single fu*k, it doesn't matter where you bat, look at siriwardane he only played 4-5 matches and he looks wayyyy better than Kapugedara, I think we should give him 1 more series if he fails again, we are just wasting our time with him.
he doesn't need to score hundreds but at least 30-40 runs to win a match, Has he ever done it for us ? NO NEVER!
dude I was just giving Thiri as an example you don't even get that? then take Chandimal what would have happen if he were batting at no 8 all this time? then take Danushka. remember he got his first international match in a T20 recently? where did he get to bat? no 6 oo 7. and what did he do? NOTHING. just like you said about Kapugedara. and what did he do when he got to open the innings in ODI? made his first ODI fifty in 28 balls and made the foundation to win the game which made a name in International arena.. So what does that mean?? Batting Position DOES matter!! Not everyone can bat like Siriwardena yes he is a gifted player who can adjust to lot of positions in the order but that does not mean EVERYONE can do that! dude and now you campare Kule and Kapu? Kulasekara has nothing to lose as a bowling all rounder. even if he gets out for cheap no one would bats and eye. but being a specialist batsman Kapu has everything to lose. and see its not about having all the time in the world its about the situation the team in and the situation the each player in as well. when you are 5-6 down for nothing and when you bat an uncomfortable postion with so much pressue is on the team and himself its not fair to expect such scores from him. take a look at Kapugedara's batting averages when batting in the top order and where has he made his highest scores.remember the 2009 T20 WC match against India and then recent T20 match against Pak? true its not a lo but again for the same reason. but still you would have to reconsider about that "NO NEVER" thing I guess.
Did i compare Kulasekara with Kapugedara? LOL, Man, I was just saying about the first match, I would never compare an all-rounder (Bowler) with a pure batsman 
then you said the same thing about kapugedara in one of your previous posts "Dear anji promote this man he is a gifted player" so why isn't your so called "gifted player" performing like siriwardene? you see, it actually doesn't make any sense, we don't need players who score runs once in a blue moon. WTF? 
why would we need a batsman who can't play according to the situation ? this team badly needs players who work hard, talented and and who loves to represent our country. so i don't need to reconsider about that "NO NEVER" thing i guess ?
