Yes. I also watch that program. Its a superb one. These flights I spotted must be landing in the morning hours in airports in Australia just after the curfew is over. The flights leave Dubai in early hours must be landing in the same day as you quite correctly stated machan.

But just in case if EK414 got delayed more than affordable time or had to make an emergency landing for example in Sri Lanka, then what would happen to them. 2 hours delay would definitely stretch its landing time into the curfew hours.......??????

Emirates did try to offer a late night departure from Sydney in the past. But it beached the airport curfew three times and was threatened with a fine of AUS$1 million dollars, according to The Sydney Morning Herald.
