Yep this is iSun inverter, Can't go for a 5.5kw system due to cost and uncertainty of the situation.
What if the whole county goes in to deep shit next month? is it worth the wait. this is just my thought.

Inverter / Solar pannel / Batteries / installation are from 4 different places, not from a company.
Main purpose is to reduce the bill while having power during power cuts. Normally we get around 13k electricity bill.

Atleast try to get down an inverter machan. Isun is notorious for failures. You can get better inverter off of Aliexpress if ya willing to spend 2 laks just on that. Isun is a low PV inverter neh? You will have to run those solar panels in parallel. Will therefore have to use high gauge wires also. You won't be reducing the electricity bill in a meaningful way since you will most likely be running totally on grid at night (I assume you utilise atleast 5 units at night. 90x2 lead acid batteries won't cater anywhere near that).

Anyhow I'm no expert in this and this is just based on posts/comments I've read

Go for growatt off-grid. They are having a company in sl as well. Growatt lanka pvt ltd or something. Search internet. I think price should be less than 3 lks / 5 kwh if you can buy from their import containers..
Panels also they must be doing. Else go to 'mega solar' for panels...
