As men we all have some feelings when we see a women... (That's how the nature works..) (this is true for muslim men too).... But its all about controling your feelings.... (we are better than animals you know...).......
So if u look at this open-minded you'll see that it should be muslim womens choice..... Not muslim men or Kuran.............
So show mercy to these muslim people who follow these unpractical unlogical and unhuman laws....... Maybe muslim men are brainwashed tooo....
