First 3 Hours - $18/H (Time and Half)
next 3 Hours - $24/H (Double Time)

But api already $12/H include karapu nisa, Api Excess Rate eka witharai ganne.

First 3 Hours - $18/H-12/H = $6/H
Next 3 Hours - 24/H - 12/H = $12/H

So OT excess Rate = 3H@$6/H for first 3 hours
