මොකද මගේ යාලුවෝ ගෙදර අවම 25GB ඉවර කරනවා. එතකොට මට යන්න නෑ. Speed අඩු උනාම Download වෙන්න යන වෙලාව වැඩි නිසා GB ඉතුරු වෙනවා.

Use NetLimiter or NetBalancer. NetBalancer has more features than NetLimiter, I guess. But, NetLimiter is enough. Both shows you any process or software that tries to connect to the network & their usage. So, you can control the download & upload limits of them. Besides that, you can also control the speeds of the entire network. & another thing, I couldn't use NetLimiter on Win8 properly. I think they're going to release a version for Win8. So, use NetBalancer on Win8. For Win7, NetLimiter will work fine.
