Airtel Internet මේ දවස්වල අවුල්ද ?

මචන් මගේ Airtel data connection එක දැන් සතියක විතර ඉඳල වැඩ කරන්නේ නෑ.
මම අද customer care එකට call කලාම ඇහුව මම කොහෙද ඉන්නේ කියල.
මම කඩවත කියපුවම කිව්වා ගම්පහ පැත්තේ අද network issue එකක් තියෙනවා කියල. මම කිව්වා මේ ප්‍රශ්නේ තියෙන්නේ දැන් සතියක විතර ඉඳල කියලා. ඒ පාර එයා කියනවා network issue එක දවස් 7 ක් ඉඳල තියනවා කියලා.
ඊටපස්සේ මම කිව්වා මම දැන් check කරන්නේ කොළඹ මගේ office එකේ ඉඳලා කියලා. ඒ පාර එයා කියනවා කොළඹත් දැන් සතියක ඉඳල network issue එකක් තියෙනවා කියලා.
මම ඇහුවා කොළඹත් දැන් සතියක ඉඳල Airtel Broadband වැඩ නැත්ද කියලා, එයා ඔව් කිවා.

මට සැකයි මචන් ! කොළඹ සතියක් තිස්සේ broadband වැඩකලේ නැත්නම් customersලා නිකන් ඉඳීද?

උඹල කව්රුහරි Airtel Broadband use කරන අය ඉන්නවද ? උම්බලගේත් network අවුල්ද ?

Hi Finally I could able to sort my problem!
One of Airtel friends help me to sort this out.

The problem was with the sim (Not a Network issue like that Call center informed !! LOL !!!)
Hopy they will improve their Call center service...
