You are such a childish fellow that you think the others do not have the balls to accept that there are bad ones in a society. But we are against to that you blame the army relying on gossips, and equating l.t.t.e and SL army. Even the victims of the war do not do that. These days hundreds of Tamils are being coming into SL army areas and they say that all others wish to come but the l.t.t.e leaders are using them as human shields. Ragamoffyn do not listen to those direct victims of war he just rely on gossips and Tamil racist propaganda.
You are saying that 800 fishermen have been killed by SL army. Why did not you say that it is in last 20 years? Can you please point out the exact number of Indian fishermen who has been proved to be killed by SL army? Can you point out the number of fishermen killed in last three years? (Please give the statistics) Don’t jump into conclusions. There are two teams who have got weapons in their hands. How can you prove that it is SL army? (You may simply believe gossips but how can I? you can’t prove something by stating it thousand times) I’m not asking this merely for the sake of argument but when I see the things you have pointed out it is clear that you are a one who completely rely on gossips.
I don’t know what is happening to them (I’m not the one who relies on gossips.) but I know what is happening to Sri Lankan Tamil/Sinhala fishermen in l.t.t.e sea area. When army captured l.t.t.e sea tiger camps, they found many of the boats of those fishermen who were lost.
Then l.t.t.e can at least own their boats. (It is a reasonable assumption; however I am not jumping into conclusions unlike you) For what does the army kill those fishermen? And the point that sri_lion has made is important. Why must one come into the war zone, risking their lives, if they are not having some big bucks at these areas? It is not about the rights I am talking abt. Whether they have the right or not, is it practical that they are risking their lives to earn some more fish or take rest at kachchaithiv? How many fishermen have been killed by Sla or l.t.t.e at Indian or international sea? Please give the exact statistics so that we can discuss.

Childish again. If they are questioned then one cannot kill them due to misidentification or identification. IF they are killed by the army, then they must have been surrounding in a warzone so that they are misidentified as l.t.t.e sea tigers. (Otherwise, tell the benefit that army gets from killing Indian fishermen.) Army does not go to l.t.t.e boats and identify them. L.t.t.e boats are suicidal boats. They must be destroyed at distance; otherwise the SL navy would have to suffer. Indian army can go to fishermen and ask questions coz they don’t have such threats. SL navy also have rescued fishermen from India and other countries in southern areas. How many assumptions have you made relying on gossips? You are simply believing them and blaming others without proving your gossips. Gossips may be gospel truths for you not for me. (I doubt whether you know what is meant by proof) first of all prove that it is not the l.t.t.e but the navy. (I’m warning. Don’t present a single incident. Please be practical to see what is more practical. My assumptions are reasonable. If I added what has been said by sri_lion, then they will be very much strong. (I didn’t look into it, so I’m not sure. But his assumptions are reasonable than yours. How did the l.t.t.e carders travel between tamilnadu and Sri Lanka? How did they do their weapon deals? Only possible way is through fishermen or their boats. Can you give an alternative way?)
My conclusion is, if navy killed those fishermen then it is due to misidentification or cos those fishermen were involved in some weapon dealing or some other thing and they must have tried to run away from the navy therefore the navy must have shot at them. If the l.t.t.e killed them, then that must be to take their boats. In any case I will be pleased if you can present the exact comprehensive statistics (with proves). Do you think that sl army kills Indian fishermen intentionally so that they put sl and Indian governments into pressure. Don’t be a child. 800 fishermen get killed in 20 years in a warzone. Not that abnormal (I know there may have been innocent people. But I’m talking about the practicality.) . And don’t say that all were killed by navy or l.t.t.e. Even in normal circumstances, fishermen get lost in sea. How many fishermen have been lost in other areas in last 20 years? Subtract the average number from 800 before blaming.(have you subtracted it already?) However please inform us the exact number in last three years. As far as I can remember, there was only one incident for which sl navy was accused. If not, please inform the statistics.

Throughout the last year, thousands of tamils have been coming from l.t.t.e areas to sl army areas anyone did not get shot by army but many got shot by l.t.t.e during their journeys in l.t.t.e areas (I’m not relying on gossips. They all, not one or two, not at one two times, talked to media.) But a team of sinhalas who were arrested by l.t.t.e managed to escape and came to sl army through a hard journey. When they saw an army camp they thought it was an l.t.t.e camp and began to run. Army shot them and some got killed. Therefore, in the last year, from the ones who came into army areas, only some sinhalas were shot by army. Therefore see that it is how a war goes. Anyone does not get killed cos of their race, but due to the situation.
To your knowledge, in 1971 and 1989, sinhala youth made struggles for socialist revolutions and they were massacred terribely (I don’t accept the behavior of those socialists or the government) about 60,000 sinhala youth were killed in 2-3 years. My parents say that youngers were killed merely cos they were young. Sri lankan governments have never treated tamils in this manner. When Colombo was been explosed by l.t.t.e suicide bombers, tamil young could play cricket on streets without being arrested by police. Yes many l.t.t.e suspects who have been arrested are Tamil. It is not a surprise cos l.t.t.e is filled with tamils. Nowadays l.t.te has some sinhala connections hence sinhala are also been arrested. And you say that we are killing tamils cos they are tamils!
And don’t rely on gossips. Nowadays anything cannot be hidden. If some dead body sellers are selling dead bodies without going to court, then it itself make some doubt. (if the court gave a decision against tamil, then for sure you would say that court gives a shit to tamils.) I don’t know whether Indian court is bias to some persons as it is represented in tamilnadu films. But sri lankan court was always unbiased and give the justice most of the times (whenever there were facts, court punished the accused without considering whether they are soldiers or politicians or monks or priests or l.t.t.es or tamils or sinhalas….) so it is good to go to court rather than selling dead bodies through internet if someone have facts.
