හ්ම්ම්ම්... අද මේක ලියන්නේ ටිකක් දුකෙන් මචන්ලා.... අද ඔෆිස් එකේ මැනේජර්යා මට හොඳටම බැන්නා.මගේ වැඩ මදි, follow up එක නෑ.attitude එක හදා ගන්න කිව්වා.... මම IT software developing මචන්ලා කරේ.... i have a degree in IT. පස්සේ ඒක නවත්තල apparel industry එකට බැස්සා.දැනට වැඩ ඒකේ.මාස 6යි.trainee.පඩි නම් හොඳයි.ඒත් බැනුම් තමයි බන් අහන්න වෙන්නේ.... මට නම් දැන් එපා වෙලා. IT වලින් මාරු උන මෝඩ කම කියලා හිතෙනවා.පට්ට presure එකක් තියෙන්නේ... හිතේ සතුටින් වැඩ කරන්න නෑ මචන්ලා..... අනික් එක මේහේ ඉන්න මිනිස්සු මහ යක්කු ටිකක්... අම්මෝ මම ගොඩක් දේව්ල් ඉගෙන ගත්තා මිනිස්සු එක්ක වැඩ කරලා.කට කථා,පාවාදීම් අනන් මනන් සීන් ගොඩයි... එලකිරි එකේ work කරන කොල්ලෝ සෙට් එකට කොහොමද..? උඹලා වැඩ කරන තැන් ගැන උඹලා satis da? හිතේ සතුටින් හවසට ගෙදර එන්න පුළුවන්ද..? Advice එකක් දීපල්ලා මචන්ලා.කාගෙන ඉන්නත් හිතෙනවා දවසක ගොඩ එන්න....

මාත් කරා ජොබක් ඒත් දැන් නම් ගෙදර ඉන්නෙ. "Software Engineer" තමයි කට්ට නම් ලෙසටම හැබැයි පඩි හොඳයි වගේම සිරා experience එක ගොඩාක් දෙවල් ඉගෙන ගත්තා.Work stress එක තමයි තිබ්බේ (කොටනවා කොටනවා මේ මගුල ඉවර වෙන්නෙ නෑ) කැපිලි කෙටිලි වැඩිය තිබ්බෙ නෑ.වාසනාවට වැඩ කරපු හැම දෙනාටම වගෙ හොඳ mutual understanding එකක් තිබ්බා කරන්න ඕනෙ දේ ගැන එක නිසා වැඩිය pressure එක build up උනේ නෑ. Techlead නුත් එල බුවා සහ product manager සිරාම මීටරේ.

As Confucius said... "Choose a job you love, and you will never have to work a day in your life"

When you are young.... experiment with jobs and work till you really find what you love to do mate...

Contrary to popular and parents belief,.. life doesn't have to start the day you get out of the school.. most of the successful and cheerful people I know started their "actual" job when they are around 26 - 28.

Till that time., they were skip hopping from one job to another till they found something they would just LOVE to do.

Just because you have a degree in a certain field... doesn't mean you are stuck to that field kid. Most of the above mentioned people never do have a degree in their fields... and some didn't even get over their A/L's

When you find something that you love to do... then., find a woman who loves you for who you are.

A job and a marriage have one thing in common

" Job & Marriage... hurry into them and you have a life time suffering leisurely."

So choose both very carefully.

මටත් එච්චරම අවුලක් නැ දැනට. මාත් IT ජොබ් එකක් කරන්නේ . pressure එක නම් සමහර වෙලාවට තියෙනෙව. අපිට කියල තියෙන දෙයක් තමා බනින්නේ අදාල වැඩේට මිසක් පුද්ගලයකුට නෙවෙයි කියල. Apparel industry එකේ තත්ත්වය ටිකක් වෙනස් මන් හිතන්නේ.

කොලිෆිකේෂන් තිබුනත් නැතත් ඕක ටමයි මචන් බහුතරයකගේ තත්වය. මම නම් මොන අවුල තිබුනත් ගෙදර ගේට්ටුවෙන් එහාට අවුල් ගෙනියන්නේ බොහොමත්ම කලාතුරකින්..ඔහොම අවුලක් උනොත් මම කරන පලවෙනි දේ තමයි එළකිරි එකේ ජෝක් සෙක්ෂන් ඒක බලන ඒක..
