When someone makes a complaint the stupid fuckers invite both parties over for a sit and talk which ends up making things even worse. Also this is why you should never talk to the cops on your own. For fuck sake hire a lawyer

bumpFrom Auto Miraj FB Page
I don't generally post reviews unless I feel an experience is amazing or horrible...today's experience with Auto Miraj Premier on Park Road warrants one.
When I went to get the car washed there was a line and I was told that it won't take more than 45 mins. It was over an hour and a half later that my car was ready...and I was already late for an appointment. No update on the delay, no apology.
In the rush, I was unable to check and make sure all the carpets etc. were put back. After my appointment, having driven all the way across town to pick up my husband, he noticed that the carpet in the boot was missing, along with a pair of his shoes that were also in the car.
When I called, I was told they would check immediately and call back (we were already heading back there in Colombo rush hour traffic at this time). After 20 mins. or so I called again since I hadn't heard anything and when I got through, they hadn't checked yet so I again asked them again to check immediately. A few mins. later, they called back and said that both items were there but they were closing in a few mins.
I asked them to wait till we got there; and when we did, someone casually came and handed the stuff over like it was no big deal - not even a simple apology by any of the staff including the manager. My husband who was very upset by this asked the manager if they were not even going to apologize...to which he replied "I have to see what happened before I can apologize."
This would have been a fair comment had he not known what happened...but being a witness to it all (and also some very poor cleaning of the other carpets and the interior which my husband noticed and pointed out within a few seconds), this attitude and behaviour was appalling.
A simple and sincere apology was all that was needed. People make mistakes...but it's how you respond to it and correct it that differentiates the true customer service oriented business. Terrible service and terrible recovery. They failed.
What happened:
- delays
- poor job cleaning
- didn't replace items removed from the vehicle
- didn't apologize for the poor service and the inconvenience
What was needed to fix the issues:
- sincere apology
What we received:
- poor attitude and nonchalant behaviour
Accomplishment:
Unhappy customer posting on a public forum.
