well i believe in mw 1 or 2 there was a mission to provide air support for a ground team from a gun ship. if a remember correctly it was in mw3 as well.
bf3 campaign mode had a flying mission starting on a carrier right? if a remember correctly that was a dog fight. so its not ground support.


well honestly am waiting for the next modern warfare. not sure if there will be one though.

well i don't know about MW3 coz i didn't even play the single player mode i mean after 10 mins or so i uninstalled it btw i won't play any cod game unless they improve their gameplay system and graphics
