BCS site එකේ project proposal format එකෙ තියෙනවා. http://www.bcs.org/content/ConWebDoc/52445 site එකට ගියාම, දකුණු පැත්තෙ තියනවා "Project proposal form (MS-Word)" කියලා එකක් download කරගන්න. එකේ format එකෙ විදියට අපි කරන්න හිතන් ඉන්න system එක ගැන වචන 500ක් දෙයක් ලියලා යවන්න ඕන. ඒ වගෙම proposal එකට කව්රුහරි authenticator කෙනෙක් ඉන්න ඕන. BCS member කෙනෙක් හරි නැත්තම් IT field එකේ අවුරුදු 5ක experiences තියෙන කෙනෙක් වෙන්න ඕනේ. මම නම් කියන්නේ BCS Member කෙනෙක් ගේ Membership Number එක දාලා යවනවානම් ලේසියි. මොකද මම අහලා තියෙනවා project proposals reject වෙනවා authenticator වැරදි හින්දත් . Credit card වලින් කරන්න පුලුවන්නම් අමතර charges නැහැ . Bank draft වලට courier charges (UK) රු.3000/= විතර යනවා . Electronic bank transfer වලටත් බැංකුව රු.5000/= ක් විතර කපාගනවා. (මොකද මේ bank එකට සල්ලි යන්නේ intermediate බෑන්ක් එකක් හරහා. ඒ නිසා ගාණ වැඩියි. හැබැයි Bank Draft වලට වැඩිය Electronic Bank Transfer ඉක්මන්. එක දවසෙන්ම යනවා)
