Well.. on the battle field military adhere to strict discipline, but not so in political field!

Frameworks are different, you cannot assume anything!

If he is offered to be
the common Candidate of opposition,
for the executive President of Sri Lanka
and Commander in Chief of the Sri Lankan Armed Forces.

It will be way more compelling.
