    How many voters
    are away from homes
    in civilian camps.
I think we can leave them out.

No, you can COUNT on their vote (weather they vote or not ;) )!

    That must be the plan,
    from the very beginning.
    transforming the minus
    into plus.

The people in those camps were all registered as citizens almost on the spot so there's a whole lot of registered voters there. Not a bad plan at all.

    We were...
    Then you said,
"Victory of the WAR itself is a good enough reason, which none could achieve!"
    :)

    So I said,
"Depends on how reasonable people are,
and whether they are ready to sacrifice
for a war which is over...
and how much a Memory of victory
help them to forget hunger any longer.
Poor people go through a kind of life
a rich would never be able even to imagine.
Both would look at the War
    in a same way...
    but for poor victory is
a hope of some food for starving days of their life.
    So everything depends on that,
    because majority are poor.
Yes, Propaganda can change their attitude toward war.
Do you think same would apply for hunger too?"

Yes! I meant good enough reason if neutral voters decide to vote! ;)

    I meant
    Mahinda won war
with the army Sri Lanka had.
Preconceptions make it is difficult for you
    to believe it from me.

Well lets just say this wasn't the first time you bought this up

I had a bit of a dejavu there!
