I don't think they can make that bottle in the blow-molding machine they've got in their plant in Biyagama.

that's because they don't have a machine capable of
1. making that bottle in an economical way.
2. and the existing production line needs to go a major upgrade in order to accommodate that bottle.. (the fillers, conveyors, labelers, etc.)
