Ow ow machan me dawas wala normal Dual Core ekak aran therumak naha. Most people say that Redline is good.

Are you sure?. 'Coz, I think the current prices are not that good. For example check hard disk prices. Few months ago, I bought a 1TB. It was 7300. Now check the price of a 500GB.

Sorry the price will be around 51,500- 52,000 without UPS. Therefore its tough to meet your budget of 30 -40k.

Anyone any ideas when HD prices would come down ?

High time the issues caused by the floods in east asia which was supposed to be responsible for the HD shortage to have sorted out and production picked up and demands met

HDD price will not come for about 1 Yr at least. This is due to component makers for HDD hv got affected badly so they are not going to reduce the price.
