speed is mistake of car
wat about lorry, overtaking on yellow line, cutting white line, overtaking while there is a vehicle on other lane, lorry is also driving in speed, what I can assume is lorry driver couldn't control

it is bro.
as I observed, usually when we play the dash cam video, we see it like we are driving in much less speed, than the actual speed we drove.
but if the video is showing it was going fast, that means he was really really fast.
and given the road condition and the vehicle, I dont see any reason to think otherwise
