Machan modem eke DSL light eaka naha kiyane , connection eke aulak.
(connection from the local exchange to the modem)

Things u can try ,,

- Check the phone service, if there is crackling noises or static noises in ur phone line that can directly effect your ADSL service

- Isolation test ( disconnect the line filters and other phones connected to the phone socket & connect the modem directly to the line)

- Try a short phone cable to connect the modem to the wall socket

- Reset the modem

- Try another modem or test the modem with a different connection (just to make sure that its not a modem issue )

- If its a connection issues u'll have to contact ur provider
