I don't use the One Drive account the key guy sent me, but I use my personal one that is linked with my MS live.com account.... So, there is no risk IMHO.

if your personal account linked with that organization's account, yeah they can grab all the things
otherwise, your personal account is just a separate one then there's no risk

Azure admin account holder can access any mailbox/send as and access Onedrive, reset passwords even rename the email address.

Also the user's windows device may be enrolled into Intune
