(We do not accept request letters which contain E- signatures or cropped signatures according to our company policy.)

The above documents can be;

Scanned / Photograph and e-mailed to [email protected].

Further once you have change the connection into prepaid plan you may can't activate the same connection as postpaid plan.

Moreover you need to settle your current outstanding balance of Rs.9361.12 before the package change.
