SLT Unlimited Flash per GB cost is less than 20 rupees (including tax, useless voice line charges etc)

I'm using this package. It is great for youtube. Per month total bill is 23,000 LKR including PeoTV, Telephone, Fibre and TAX.

Dialog Package's are cheaper than SLT but the speed is matter. I used Dialog 3 years and now the LTE/4G speed become under 2MBps (Mega Byte). SLT's speed will never dropped so its awesome at the moment.
