;) what kind of storage does it have? if its a card or something, you should be able to read the card through a card reader and write the file on it and then watch them on the cam? Sorry, I'm not so knowledgeable about that side, but that should work i guess.

It's a micro sd card. we can use 1 gb mem. card

Take a picture from your cam and check what the extension is (bmp,jpg etc) through your computer.
Then check the ext. of the pics on your computer. If the exts. dont match you will get an error message and you will have to convert the pictures to the matching ext. by using a software like Format factory . The same goes for videos. Usually .avi is used for camers.
You can convert videos by using Format factory or Xilisoft video converter
