    heat milk in a pan. when it is close to boil add curd and mix well and bring it to boil.
    Now you will see solid milk particles separated from water. off the flame and let it to half cool.
    Stain and separate milk solids using a fine piece of cloth and squeeze nicely and hang it 2 -3 hrs to drain all water out.

    then put in to a bowl and add salt slowly and mix nicely.
    finally you can shape it as a ball or squire shape.

    Taste and send your comments.

    2 tablespoon tomato sauce
    1 teaspoon salt
    1 teaspoon chili powder
    1/2 teaspoon pepper powder
    1 pinch ajinomoto (Optional)
    1 beaten egg
    mix all ingredients with chiken and keep in the fridge (not in the freezer) for 2 hrs to marinate. if you can keep overnight is better.

    get 250g normal wheat flour and add 2 table spoon corn flour and pinch turmeric powder , then mix.

    Get chicken pcs and cover with flour mixture to stick nicely around the whole piece.

    Finally deep fry in medium heat.

    250 g (8 oz) raw Cashews
    3 Cups thin Coconut milk (or water)
    1 medium Onion, sliced
    2 fresh green Chilies, sliced
    2 cloves Garlic, crushed
    5 cm Cinnamon stick
    4 pieces Rampe
    8 Curry leaves
    3 tbs Vegetable oil
    1/4 tsp ground turmeric
    1 tbs Raw Curry powder
    2 pieces Goraka (optional)
    1 Cup thick Coconut milk or fresh milk

    Directions:
    Place the cashews in a bowl, add boiling water, close with lid and soak for about 4 hours or overnight.
    Drain the water from cashews and add salt, turmeric, raw curry powder, goraka and mix well until cashews are well coated.
    Heat the oil in a medium saucepan then add onions, green chilies, crushed garlic, cinnamon and fry until onions are soft and golden brown.
    Add the cashews and keep stirring until well coated with oil and onions.
    Add thin coconut milk (or water), close with lid and cook on slow heat until cashews are soft and cooked.
    Add the thick coconut milk (or fresh milk) and bring to a boil on slow heat.
    Turn off heat. Adjust salt to taste.

    1) Caviar Kisses

    1 small cucumber, scrubbed and trimmed
    1/3cup sour cream
    1 tsp dried dill weed
    Freshly ground black pepper - to taste
    1 jar red salmon caviar
    8 thin slices whole-wheat- bread
    Butter or margarine


    Slice cucumber into 1/4-inch rounds. In a small bowl, combine sour cream , dried dill and pepper.

    Place one teaspoon of the sour cream mixture on each cucumber slice.

    Garnish each with about 1/2 tsp caviar and a dill sprig.

    Cut bread slices with heart- shaped cookie cutter. Toast and butter.

    Place cucumber slices in center of serving plate and surround with toast hearts.
