This one is true. If you have any problem with the connector port, sorry.com.
I believe Seagate is way better than WD. But, it depends on how you are using it. I have 3 Seagate External HDDs and they work fine without any issues. But, make sure to purchase them from an Authorized dealer. I ordered my HDDs from Amzon's official store.
