Bournemouth have confirmed they have signed Glenn Murray from Crystal Palace on a three-year deal.
The former Brighton and Hove Albion frontman joins the Cherries for a fee reported to be around £4 million, becoming Eddie Howe's ninth arrival of a busy summer.
"It feels great to finally be here," he told the club's official website. "I've come across the club a lot in my career and it's been great to see it progress.
"The way the boys play football is very exciting. It's front-footed and it will be nice to try and get some goals from it."
Murray scored 44 goals in 114 league appearances for Palace after arriving at Selhurst Park in 2011.

Chelsea have signed Nantes defender Papy Djilobodji for a reported £4 million, the club have confirmed.
The Blues have conceded nine goals in their opening four Premier League games and have responded by signing the centre-back on a four-year deal.
A statement on Nantes website said: "As with Jordan Veretout, Djilobodji joins the Premier League and the ranks of the champions. Nantes extend their congratulations and wish him well for the rest of his career."
Upon completing his move to the club, Djilobodji said: "I’m very happy to sign for a big club like Chelsea and I want to do my best to help the team win titles. I want to thank the club for giving me this opportunity."

Draxler reveals why he joined Wolfsburg over Juventus
Julian Draxler has revealed he decided to leave Schalke for Wolfsburg rather than join Juventus because he felt he had a better chance of realising his full potential by staying in Germany.
Massimiliano Allegri's side had made the attacking midfielder their primary transfer target before the close of the summer window and wanted to wrap up a deal for the 21-year-old over the weekend.
However, Draxler instead joined Schalke's Bundesliga rivals Wolfsburg on deadline day, much to the disappointment of Juve, who promptly signed Hernanes from Inter to address their outstanding need for a trequartista.
Draxler has now explained that although he felt the time was right to leave Gelsenkirchen, moving to Italy never truly appealed to him. The Germany international added that his one regret is being signed by Wolfsburg to replace Kevin De Bruyne rather than getting the chance to line up alongside the Belgian, who has joined Manchester City.
"I left Schalke because I wanted a change of scenery," he told reporters on Tuesday.
"But I think that in Germany, in relation to Italy, I can grow more and better develop my characteristics. The Bundesliga is an environment that I already know.
"I'm only sorry to have not arrived here to find De Bruyne. It would have been great to play with him."
