It's a Alcohol free fresh & Natural drink!!

There's two types of ginger beers:

Industrially made soft drink
--- extract ginger essence using hexane or ethyl alcohol
--- requires carbonation and distillation capability
---- less than 0.5% alcohol
(I worked as a trainee in elephant house)

Home-brewed ginger beer
---- required fermenting up to severel days
---- more than 4% alcohol
---- does not require carbonation or distillation capabilities

Your recipe is ginger ale .... not beer i suppose?

Ginger ale (both dry and golden) doesn't contain alcohol (lower than 1%, may be)

Home made ginger beer needs to undergo fermentation hence contain alcohol (higher than 4% --- mostly 4.5%)

Carbonated ginger beer (what you have on market) doesn't contain any alcohol

I'm not arguing anymore about this. What you have put is the recipe for golden ginger ale
