Hello, I am planning to buy a laptop & in one shop they said, they will give brand new laptop with international warranty for Rs.75 000/=
The configuration of that laptop are;
* Intel dual core 2.0GHz
* 1 GB DDR II Ram
* DVD Writer
* 160 GB HDD
* WiFI
* Bluetooth
* Web Camera

Acer 4630Z Extensa.

Is it worth for 75000/=? Please help.

i think its worth. but personally i don't recommend ACER. go for a HP if you can. or else HP-Compaq Presario or Asus!

I feel the price is ok, and also you havent mention anything about the OS and I think is a DOS Box. Ask your dealer to load the license OS (XP/Vista). usually the OS is expensive, but if you can get it free go for it.

try and get the XP (Sp 3) licence version as Vista takes lot of HDD space and is not very popular in sri lanka. and also see whether u get the original licence pack as there is a crack with a reg. entry for XP which is not licence properly
