How to manage the risk after resign from a job?

My personal opinion

1. I would evaluate my income against my current spending
2. Look in to what my other plans are in the future (buy a car, house, get married etc)
3. will have to consider inflation now since it is a huge problem.

This will help me get an idea about what should my salary be.

Next I will look around to see what jobs do I have for my skills and can they give me my expected range. If not I will see if I can do something to get there.

And then I wills tart applying for jobs and try to get an offer letter before sending my resignation.

I also would strongly advice against not following the above at this time since jobs are quite hard to come by. There is a chance you become jobless and then depressed if you cannot land another job quickly.

So best is to resign only after confirming another gig.

4. ඊට පස්සේ හොඳ ආදායමක් ගන්න පුළුවන් ජොබක් හොයාගන්න එක පුළුවන් වේවිද? උඹට සුදුසුකම් තියෙනවද? උඹේ cv එක ගොඩක් exceptional ද? මේක අදාළ නැහැ උඹට සල්ලි උතුරන්න තියෙනවා නම් හරි, උඹේ නෑයෙක්- බඳින්න ඉන්න කෙනා වුනත් වෙන්න පුළුවන්- එයාගේ ලොකු ව්‍යාපාරෙක වගකීමක් උඹට දෙනවා නම්!

මට හිතෙන හැටියට මේවට එන උත්තර වලින් උඹට තීරණය කරන්න පුළුවන් වේවි. මෙතන සමහරු කියනවා වගේ මේ වගේ වෙලාවක ඔය වගේ පඩියක් හම්බු වෙන ජොබ් එක අත අරින එක මෝඩ වැඩක් වෙන්න පුළුවනි. ඒත් මම අත්දැකීමෙන් දන්නවා, ජොබක් එපා වුනාම තියෙන තත්වේ! ඒ වගේ වෙලාවට කොච්චර සල්ලි හම්බු වුනත් දමල ගහල යන්න තමා හිතෙන්නේ!
