In NSBM they offer a degree in HRM. IPM offers a graduation called PQHRM which is equivalent to a degree. I have followed HRM in IPM but dont know much about the NSBM package,i can recommend IPM by my experience.
On the other hand,when considering about the reputation,IPM is few more steps ahead.
