ya.The dumba**es over @ Mitech didnt knew what is E6550.When I described the specs they say they hav one.I didnt got it coz they had the box in stores and I only get to see the CPU after I purchased it. The fool even said there is only one CPU with the specs u said.(C2D,2.33GHz,4M,1333FSB)Then I said there is E 6540 without TXT.Fool called and said back that the CPU no is E2180 .I brought the CPU from Barclays for 23150 after seeing the CPU for real.

Damn then Intel's intelligence. They make a 6550 without TXT and call it a whole new model!!!

the 6540 has no Trusted Execution technology as well as VPro technology. these Processors and intended to compete with AMD's Stars processor line... so Intel had to make the 6540.. without a couple of techs the 6540 is in the same price range as AMD'S counterparts

So how or where you get it for 36k? Anyway SL still need to create good market prices for VGA. RAM, CPU comparably cheaper according to US prices. But VGA no where near.

I knw the dealers.I get at dealer prices. AFAIK Nunet is the most reasonable in LK.Foxconn 8500GT 512MB GDDR2 for 12.5k with 3 years warranty is really reasonable.And a G33M is for 13k is really good.And we can order MARS too.
